Refund Policy
Of course we all want this to work. But, if you decide you don’t love your shoes, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number. The return must be in their original condition and within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Exchanges can only be done for a shoe or slipper in the same style. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.

If you find you require a different size and your shoes/slippers are unworn, simply contact us at 207.853.2488 or at service@quoddy to initiate an exchange. We are happy to make a fast swap for you! Note that you are responsible for paying the shipping back to us in Lewiston and do include your original pack slip in the box.
A note about certain custom orders:
We are happy to accommodate most custom orders for shoes that use materials and/or colors that are not typically available on our website. Because these shoes take longer to build than others and use uncommon colors or material combinations, they are subject to an upcharge (quoted at time of order) and cannot be returned. Non-refundable payment is due at time of order and discount codes and/or sale pricing cannot be applied.
Made-to-order and LE (Limited Edition) products are personalized based on your specific size and design choices or are not part of our stock product line and, therefore, not returnable for refund or exchange (unless there is a manufacturing issue with the material or craftsmanship of the product). If you have a quality concern you wish to report, please complete a Return Authorization form outlining the problem and include the RA# provided by customer care. In some cases, when the defect is clearly visible, we’ll email a paid return label so the product can be sent back to production for evaluation. If the return is found to have a defect in either material or craftsmanship, we will contact you to discuss the possibilities of repair, replacement, or refund.
A note about Quoddy purchases made from our Tent Sale or Clearance Section:
All purchases are final and non-returnable.
A note about sizing:
If you like your first pair of Quoddy shoes but the fit is just a bit too tight, our shoemakers can adjust them so there is more room in the front. Contact our Customer Service by email, chat or phone to arrange this complimentary service.
