Very happy with these overall
First off shout-out to Elizabeth for letting me know that as built on the same last as the other styles such as the blucher mocs & sport penny with which I was already familiar, despite the sizing advice stating to go up by a half a length, she advised me to stick with my same size and it worked out well.
Crazy comfortable slip-on out of the box with little to no break-in needed. Exactly what I was looking for - unlined & unstructured with a hefty vibram cup sole. Could not have asked for more.
A word on the fit - these were not what I expected from the pictures. The upper is unlined and the entire heel cup is practically deconstructed. That combined with such a short vamp means I can slip these on and slip them off basically with no effort, without touching them or without using a shoehorn. The only reason they're not slipping off my heels is because I have such a high instep otherwise they'd probably fall off. I'm a 7.5C and I'm dropping to a 7D and with that, the toebox feels borderline narrow for me. Not shown in the web pictures is a very thick removable insole that is also included on top of the brown insole shown with the quoddy label. With the insoles removed these are way too voluminous but with them in, I'm good. I would say if you have super flat arches and are also average to narrow in width, these won't work for you. Would also recommend avoiding if you have a very wide width - I think even with the insoles removed the toebox would be too cramped.
